Elle vise \u00e0 <strong>pr\u00e9parer les \u00e9quipes<\/strong> \u00e0 accepter,\n                      adopter et int\u00e9grer de nouvelles pratiques et objectifs. Pour \u00eatre efficace, la conduite du changement doit \u00eatre initi\u00e9e par \u00ab un <strong>sentiment d&#8217;urgence<\/strong> \u00bb partag\u00e9 sur le besoin de changer. Elle doit ensuite \u00eatre planifi\u00e9e,\n                      impliquant communication, formation et <strong>accompagnement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n                    <p>Ce processus se heurte \u00e0 plusieurs probl\u00e9matiques. Le manque de transparence et de communication peut g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des r\u00e9sistances, des incompr\u00e9hensions ou des peurs au sein des \u00e9quipes. Par ailleurs, un soutien insuffisant de la part de\n                      la direction ou des managers, une sous-estimation des impacts organisationnels, et une absence de suivi post-changement compliquent l\u2019adh\u00e9sion.&nbsp;<\/p>\n                    <p>Les cons\u00e9quences peuvent \u00eatre :<\/p>\n                    <p><strong>Des cons\u00e9quences sur l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et la performance :<\/strong><\/p>\n                    <p>Une incertitude et un manque de clart\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle, notamment si la communication et le soutien sont insuffisants, une adoption partielle ou incompl\u00e8te des nouvelles pratiques et des freins \u00e0 l\u2019innovation si les \u00e9quipes se replient\n                      sur leurs habitudes et refusent d\u2019exp\u00e9rimenter. Ceci entraine une baisse de productivit\u00e9 temporaire ou durable, et la multiplication des erreurs ou des incoh\u00e9rences.<\/p>\n                    <p><strong>Des cons\u00e9quences organisationnelles et strat\u00e9giques :<\/strong><\/p>\n                    <p>Le manque d\u2019adh\u00e9sion ou mauvaise coordination, le d\u00e9faut d\u2019alignement entre \u00e9quipe et une perte de cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 des d\u00e9marches futures entrainant l\u2019\u00e9chec ou le retard des projets de transformation, le d\u00e9phasage entre les intentions strat\u00e9giques\n                      et les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s du terrain, et la fragmentation de l\u2019organisation.<\/p>\n                    <p><strong>Des cons\u00e9quences sur la communication et la culture :<\/strong><\/p>\n                    <p>La circulation de rumeurs et d\u2019interpr\u00e9tations erron\u00e9es, la coupure entre direction et terrain, notamment si les leaders ne sont pas visibles ou impliqu\u00e9s dans la conduite du changement, et un climat d\u2019incertitude ou de d\u00e9sengagement\n                      collectif : les collaborateurs \u00ab subissent \u00bb au lieu de \u00ab contribuer \u00bb.<\/p>\n                    <p><strong>Des cons\u00e9quences humaines et psychologiques :<\/strong><\/p>\n                    <p>Des r\u00e9sistances accrues au changement, un stress et une fatigue organisationnelle, notamment si les changements sont mal expliqu\u00e9s ou trop fr\u00e9quents.
